'Boris' Dream'

12" x 16" acrylic and candlewax on canvas. Our cat Boris.  He was actually asleep next to a fur cushion (not green!)  This painting was an experiment in creating texture by dripping candlewax onto the canvas at various angles, and then painting and varnishing over it.
